hosas adapter

thinking of switching to hosas. Would like to use twist axis on L stick as throttle and saw in a thread somewhere an adapter to angle the stick over at about a 45deg angle so that the twist is nearer to a motorcycle throttle than straight vertical. Can't find it anywhere now that I'm looking for it and not sure if it was here or on reddit or random star citizen discussion somewhere. Does anyone know what this is/who makes it, etc? And if so, any input on whether it's worthwhile or not?
