Stop asking for improved comms and more info relative to what we get. I'm heading into ten years with the project; it will be what it has been. Frontier are unwilling or unable to consistently do better. I believe that Frontier employees are professional people there, ones who are asserting their will; the history of communication and management you lament has been intentional, and purposeful. I can't assign anything else to human beings who take money everyday for their job; this IS the intended output and outcome. No more excuses, Frontier is doing
precisely what they think is right to do...they haven't fallen into a "bad communication cycle," or a "period of difficulty." Their intent is expresed through their communcation and observable management.
So I stopped asking for more/different, and acept what's given. I suggest you do so too. Of course, my commitment of resources to game time, the game store and the game community has also moved in the direction of that clarity, that understanding (and on to other game projects). It's some aberrant form of interesting to check in however, to see what's what. And what's what? Same-same...
