This slightly modified build of yours might have a chance... but i would not bet on it.

If you have access to Guardian MRP, use those instead of human ones. They're slightly better
And unlock Selene Jean. She's really good

Nice thing about the guardian variety is that one can't engineer the human type so it is the only way to get an improvement. Cost of power usage of course but also repairable/rebootable.
