You'll see that the bindings file has been updated when you launch 3.3 Beta. Any sections with new unmapped controls are highlighted with an exclamation mark, but only until you update part of that section.
It seems to me that the bindings should carry forward to 3.3 when it goes live, but it's never a bad idea to take another backup of the updated version once you've added your new bindings for things like the FSS.
