56 times I’ve run to Hutton. That’s what Netflix is for... honestly, it’s not a big deal. Just never be in a hurry and you’ll be fine. That’s sort of what the Elite Experience is - relax, take your time, don’t rush. It’s not like there’s a prize for the first person to win the game.

First Triple Elite player just won £10,000

Daft jokes aside, what you describe is what ED is for time/reward players. ED cast its net pretty wide though, with aspects like bounty hunting & piracy etc (and hell, the whole Star Wars vibe), and drew in players who ultimately fall more into a risk/reward gaming camp (even if plenty of us like some of ED's chilled moments and unravelling scenes).

That's why I'm gonna keep saying that long distance transits are essentially unbalanced, and in an odd way 'favour' those who have the temperament for long empty transits etc.

The rest of us find ourselves as good as locked out from defending that distant installation at war, and far too regularly cut off from fun by the missions that redirect to distant suns.

Hutton kinda epitomizes the whole 2nd-sun conundrum.

(Plus I've genuinely had an assasination mission that gave me the 'psst, change of system' wrinkle, flipped the location to Alpha Centauri, and tried to send me to Eden for the hit. Forget. Thatttttt. ;))
