This is
exactly like being at work listening to clients complain that our service doesn't work because they have a godawful network architecture, and keep revolving around some fallacy to support a realistically untenable argument.
Listen, every day now, from the moment i downloaded the game, to now which has been about a month, ive been disconnecting upwards of 8 times every day i play it and i want to know WHAT ON EARTH IS GOING ON?!
What's going on is your poor network connection, which no-one else has an issue with unless they too have a poor network connection.
Why am I disconnecting so dang much?! This is seriously affecting my gameplay and its causing me to not even want to play this game anymore or even reccomend it to other people, and I GREATLY enjoy this game when its working.
And here's the "I will singlehandedly destroy your reputation if you don't help" bit, followed up very quickly by the "But I like your product" bit to make it sound less confrontational.
Ive tried going to the bug forums to no avail, none of my topics have been even brought up on bug thread to even be talked about.
And for follow-up, the "Your previous support has been awful" bit.
I live in america if that makes any sort of difference.
No, it doesn't.
We know...
and i want to know why im disconnecting so much? I dont disconnect on ANY other game this frequently. Yes i'll have the occassional disconnect on some of my other games but that is in the allowable amount of at MOST 2 times per day.
...followed by the absolutely classic fallacy that because other services work it implies it's this particular service at fault, despite the fact that you're running perhaps a few other services well but there's tens of thousands running ED without the issue you're having. As for WHY you disconnect this much? I don't know, you tell us.
The disconnects mainly happen when im jumping between systems, wing or no wing. I want an answer and I want it fast, after a month of this happening im seriously frustrated!
And finally, "the ultimatum" to pressure someone into fixing it, with further repetition of "I'm frustrated" for effect.
My friend, have you considered a career in suing for a living?
