I found a brown dwarf with an accretion disk!!!

Also, a ring system isn't the same thing as an accretion disk. An accretion disk is a mass of matter spiralling into the event horizon of a black hole.

It could also be a ring of matter falling into a proto-star, which is what this brown dwarf can be considered. So I hold true to my original description. I found a brown dwarf with an accretion disk.

Except the rings appear perfectly orbital with no spiralling in effect or increasing heat/density. Do you have a closeup pic with evidence of accretion?
 
That's a great screenshot, but not an accretion disk (they are not in the game at the moment).

Uhhhgh...accretion disks...black holes that are more than a space lens...binary mass transfers...

I'm not going to mention atmospheric landings. Nope.
