Whenever I am tabbed in to the game, it is completely frozen. Audio plays and sounds like it does the intro as normal but all i get is the first frame of the Universal logo. Tabbing out to a different program (let's say Steam) it continues on like normal allowing me to choose the menus.
I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling and verifying the game files. Both do not work, and I do not know what to do.
