ah right they are still accessible by reddit anyway. As far as famine we will need basic foodstuffs as with no mission board currently we cant do donation missions and on the way out traders can actually stop at quince as its a agricultural system and load up before the 22000ly journey out
actually after looking at the screenshots it now has a mission board ( so donation missions are possible)

seems according to the screenshots that he also had a investment phase, but again with no mechanic to found new colonies he raised the development level of the system - so even that far out the half broken background sim at least works. I suggest we get as many pilots out there as we can to encourage Fdev to build a storyline, expansion, new colonies and events around jacques and when passangers come we can move colonists out to boost the population from 750 to whatever.
Anything official yet regarding this? Will we have a CG?

Fdev get online into their offices in the UK in about an hour its 6am now, so expect a micheal brookes comment soon enough
Yeah I'm going to wait to head out to see what happens first.
I wouldn't be surprised if this did not work like intended by Fdev. Probably someone will spill his coffee this morning when he gets the news , that Jacques has been found

i think they have multiple plans, they might either stay silent or move things forward a little quicker, that said Fdev have been shown to be flexible with storylines in the past
