How about finding a system, that you can influence the faction standings and pick a side? Change the control of said system.

This is a good one, I found a system where an authoritarian group and an independent group are warring, so I picked the independent group, who is weaker and now I'm trying to help even the odds, find some missions for them and boost their rep, etc. Fighting the combat zones is harder and for less money, but it was very satisfying.

I took a month off, I'm glad I did. I'm enjoying myself again.

Looking for suggestions please!
Bounty hunting at RES's isn't doing it for me anymore.
I've got Pathfinder in exploration and don't fancy going out again until there's more 'stuff' added to see out there.
I've traded for a fair while in different ships and the appeal is gone there for me too.
Grinding my way to an Anaconda makes me shudder...

I've been ranking up but got caught a couple of times by bugged missions, so I've been holding out for PowerPlay - but now it's delayed!

So what do you CMDRs reckon? I'm not ready to retire yet!

Player piracy is very very fun. But as others have said, it too gets boring. But... so does everything in life.
