I Need Manufacturing Instructions

I'm having trouble finding the specific sites where these spawn. I know to look for the word "Manufacturing" in all the settlement names, but all the ones I find are either "Medium" or "High" Security...and those patrol routes are AIRTIGHT for a Level 1 foot soldier. I got a tip from some kind of POI that may spawn, but haven't had much luck locating those signals specifically.

Anyone have some more concrete pointers to offer me? Please? I'd really hate to be stuck at the basic gear I have.

I also wish there were a way to trade data, like how "goods" and "assets" are traded at the bar (a little silly that the fence is a BARTENDER, but WHATEVER).

Use datapoints in settlements, I've found a few... check to see if any have it, don't download it. If they do you'll need to turn the alarms off and murder everyone who gets in your way then hightail it out of there

And I need ionised gas. The chemical settlement I found only drops one at a time. Maybe. And all the plasma weapons need loads of it.

Manufacturing insrtuctions now are prety easy to farm - impact site with crashed sat like nav beacon. just relogging near it gives you about 100 of them per hour and lots of electronics items. Same for weapon schematics - irregular markers threat 3.
For me main problem is power regulators. only way is missions reward. But most of them take too long per 1 item, and for grading level 5 suit(3 suits) you need 93 of them

Psssttt

Salvage crash/wreckage missions until you find "distress signal" mission POI with an intact ship.
"Stolen" flag on them is cleared when you embark/transfer them to SRV

Relog is possible, of course I do not condone such behavior ;)

Restore missions. They give you a power regulator for free, and they expect you to stuff it into the power system. But, if you abandon the mission, you can hold onto the power regulators. Best of all, it's easy. I had 1 spare lying around from this, that on a "scavanger kill" mission, I used one to power up the military base we were at so I could go and dig through the more material loots there.

It's an in-character d'k move, but in gameplay purposes, it's practical and very easy.

They'll fine you 100,000 when the mission fails though. (Pocket change for most cmdrs, but it's still a bounty.)

Interstellar Relations, if you can find those stations. I think there's one not too far from Sol, actually. You don't get notoriety whenever you say "I QUIT!" So you just go and pay it off whenever you're done "grinding" the "I QUIT" routine.

Mining settlements seem to have this in good quantities.
I found 5 weapon schematics at one irregular marker Threat 1, which is nice.
manufacturing Instructions 2 at a time from impact site Threat 1.

More problematic, I went to the same planet as in that first video...no Impact Sites. They must spawn RANDOMLY! That's gonna be hard to farm.
They do spawn randomly around every land able planet in the entire galaxy. It’s not too hard to find one, just check a few planets. DSS first so they show up.
