Parking lots would be more ideal if Frontier gave us the ability to build outside the park boundaries to give our outside borders more realism. We all have requested more variants of park skirts: everywhere from ocean view pier, to island, to city backdrops. At least this way by building outside of the park border we could create scenes that gave our parks more life. Creating roadways, ramps, designated parking, shuttle stops, hotels, etc. would build up the atmosphere surrounding our parks without using any space for non-functioning scenes.
The ability to place ride names would be greatly appreciated. I also would love to see the option to have different colored trains for not just coasters, but for all rides in the game.
I wouldn't mind having a DLC that added more coaster types, elements, features, more train skins to already existed coasters, and an upgrade on the smoothing tool. I like your idea on option to relocate the coaster supports on all steel coasters; it would also be cool to have different options for the type of support for inversion elements, rather than having the default support beams it gives. And as for the wooden coaster supports... having the ability to drag wooden beam supports out on the height and curve of our coasters would add more visual realism and eliminate the need of spending hours on perfecting supports.
I'd like to add some things also to the list... (many have already been requested for months/years now).
1. Functioning Path Covers: rather than using flat roof pieces, it could be a cover that also acted as an actual path. Most of the time our path tool wants to be stubborn, so instead of just having any ordinary cover for visual eye candy, these covers were functional pathways. And with the borders we already have in the game, all we had to do was sink these borders under the cover so guests didn't walk through walls, vegetation, and scenery pieces.
2. Fence Options: We already have the option to have fences on our pathways, but it's the primary fence type depending on what pathway type you use. It would be a really awesome feature to have the option to click on the pathway we want to use, and under 'fence' option we could choose what fence/border we want. This way we wouldn't have to steadily and patiently place each individual fence piece along our pathways or even surrounding a flat ride.
3. New Small Attraction- Queue. By allowing us to create an attraction using queues we could then have the ability to create walk-through museums, zoos, aquariums, mazes, and haunted houses. We could have two variants- a standard queue already in the game or a conveyor belt that pushes our guests along the pathway. We could then use trigger objects throughout the queue that our guests actually reacted too. These queues could also be combined with other rides to create more realistic replicas of real world attractions.
4. New Pathway Essentials- water fountains, mist fans, recycling bins, Digital Wait Time Signs, Employee Only Pathways.
5. Custom Stalls- the ability to create gift shops with interiors, open-air vendors/food carts, with the option to have standard counter, U-shaped, L-shaped and counters that are 360-degrees, with an additional option to staff our stalls with 1 to 4 staff members.
6. Mascot Creator- this is a feature I've requested many times. Many players have requested a Peep Creator, but to have a tool to create park entertainers would be amazing. Default would allow us to re-color costumes and hair of our already in-game mascots, but an external tool that allowed us to create whatever type we wanted with the option to give them certain characteristics. We could then have Disney Princesses, Marvel Superheroes and Galactic Stormtroopers roaming our parks.
