If you could have one more DLC from Asia?

I'm not really sure why the lar gibbon is considered the obvious choice. I've seen siamangs far, far more often in zoos all over the world than any other species of gibbon.
I only have access to the Zootierliste (which covers mainly Europe), there they seem to be found more frequently. But I wouldn't be opposed to a Siamang, just hope we don't get an snub-nosed monkey, there are so many other primate species to choose from.

I'm not sure, but it would have to include:

  • Przewalski's horse
  • Saiga antelope
Those are must haves for me. I'm fine with any and all other Asian animals included with these two.

Why the Saiga? They are cool but not zoo animals. There are like ~3 facilities worldwide holding them, and at least two are nature reserves, not regular zoos.

Saigas are unique in appearance and are critically endangered which matches well with the game's conservation message. They're iconic antelopes.

Arguably my most wanted animal for PZ 👍

Same with platypus they are rarely kept in zoos....but they ARE kept in zoos (its just rare) So I see no issue just because they aren't found in most people's local zoo still makes them "zoo animals"

Tough one. Why it's so tough is that I would be okay with the European or North American River Otters and would take care of that second otter need, the Asian SC is just my preference. My other choice would be the Amur Leopard but I'm also in the same situation with that. Getting an African Leopard would take care of that need as well. So theoretically, we could get a NA River Otter and an African Leopard and both the Asian species would drop way down on my wants. That essentially leaves me with one other Asian animal I really want: a species of Gibbon. Unlike the otter and leopard, any Gibbon is going to have to come from Asia.

So....I'm not sure. Probably the Otter, but only if we did indeed get an African Leopard.

I'm not seeing how an African leopard is ever going to be on the cards at this point.

I’d love another Asia pack, there are so many more obscure yet commonly-held species that could be added from the continent. Additionally, many of these species would require unique animations and interactions which is a major plus to me. I would love to see a species from any of the following groupings:

-Takins
-Gibbons
-Hornbills
-Giant Salamanders (I’d prefer to have one as a habitat species, members of this family are among the world’s largest amphibians)
-Mouse Deer
-Birds of Prey, such as the Bearded Vulture (my personal favorite) and the Philippine Eagle
-Flying Foxes
-Giant Squirrels
-Cranes, such as the Red Crowned Crane or Demoiselle Crane
-Freshwater fish, like the Asian Arowana and Koi Fish (they’d bring so much life to our ponds and garden areas)
-Smaller fowl like the Mandarin Duck and Temminck’s Tragopan
-Giant Softshell Turtles (there’s a number of species and any one of them would be a great inclusion)
-Cobras

My list could go on. Honestly Asia covers so many regions and habitats that I could get behind there being at least a couple more packs for the continent, although I’m aware this is unlikely because of the game’s limited support span. Here’s to hoping Frontier proves me wrong!

Saiga
Prezwalskis Horse
Takin
Gibbon
Tanuki
Guar
Honey Badger
Japanese Giant Salamander

honorable mentions

blackbuck
tibetan antelope
Asian SC Otter
Striped Hyena
Leopard
Golden Snubbed Nosed monkey
Onager
