But it was so obvious, giving a title, naming and calling... [rolleyes]

No idea, but I like her.
I remember this coming up during the Kickstarter days. The conversation went something like this:
FD: "Hi! We're crowdfunding a new game set in the Elite universe. We're calling it Elite: Dangerous. GIVE US ALL YOUR MONEY!"
Us: "Sure thing! Oh, and that name, is it final?"
FD: "We might change it. GIVE US ALL YOUR MONEY!"
Us: "Oh good, because it's rubbish. Like the idea of the game though. Here's some money."
FD: "Thanks. It's just not a priority right now. GIVE US ALL YOUR MONEY!"
Five years later and here we are.

So, the root problem is in the name? Just like with the ships. Makes sense!
Yeah. The ship next up after the Krait will be a medium sized combat capable hauler called the "Grinder".

Ahah but I’d rather name it differently:
the “Smeatchain”. In honour of the great gold rush now gone forever. Or the “Klondike”, if you prefer.
a 900 pax gargantua which will not pass through the mail slot and will have to be fed using an external umbilical from the station.
