I'm going to use the word UPSET so I don't get kicked off the forum.

Appreciate the feedback everyone, some things seem a bit quirky on information but thanks. FAS wasn't a great idea I suppose. Live and learn.
But the T7- keeping it, love it- makes a lot of cr's.

The T7 is a very good ship its party piece is superb handling in super cruise allowing it to easily defeat NPC attempts ti interdict you.

I thought when you clicked on a fighter hanger, it told you in the item description which ships could carry fighters.
But it is only visible in outfitting if you are in a ship that can carry a fighter, outfitting doesn't show you anything impossible to fit in that slot.

A list of stations that sell two different items, there is nothing in the selection process that says that the two items have to be compatible.

Your best option would be use one of the shipyard tools to design your ship Coriolis has a button to click that will send the design to EDDB as a shopping list.
Part of the learning curve, if you use Coriolis to design your ship it will load the exact page I posted in this thread- now I know it is searching not for everything in both sections together but separate.

Glad you're able to learn from all the info from people, War Eagle. It's nice to see someone who when they post about something that frustrated them then goes on and takes the input from others about it and uses it to learn how to make things work better for them. We all hit points of confusion and frustration in this game, but you're going about handling really well.

As for my input, I've done my mining in a Krait Mk 2. It's not a cheap ship by any stretch of the imagination, but it works great for it for me. Good luck out there!

I've evolved into mining with an Anaconda. Once you get over the fact you're doing that, it's really not difficult and serves (like mining does in all ships) to help you learn to maneuver your ship and use thrusters around objects.

It's cool to drop off 300t of void opals in one run.
