Finally! It's been a long time coming 
Like with all the other ship kits, I'll probably stick to using just one or two pieces at a time. But it still looks to be well worth a buy. Some of the tail pieces in particular look rather nice.
It's nice to see that one of the pieces for the T-6 is some kind of sensor array. I've always been in the camp that wants ship kits to have more greebles and fewer huge wings.

Well I couldn't resist and got the Cutter kit.
I'm a bit dissapointed to be honest... [blah]
At first glance the pieces look very nice. The quality is excellent.
but:
The two tail pieces that I really like, cut right through the gutamaya brand name and ship ID decal.
Same with the wings, they interfere with the decals on the wing tips. And all wing segments are placed a in weird angle and some are much thinner than the rest of the ship.
They just don't line-up from every angle.
The bumpers are just plain ridiculous so I won't be using those.

I'm torn on Cutter's kit... It's shape is not to be messed with, but with the kit you can kind of make it look like SR-71. And that is the most striking looking machine ever

Interesting comparison. However, there is no pointy nose (sadly). Let's hope somedays Clipper will get one - this might prompt me to reinstate Clipper as a frontline combat\mission ship, and not just a glamorous miner.
All shipkits are basically holograms, so they don't interfere with anything physical (slots, landing pads, other ships, planetary surfaces and so on)

I don't think they do anything but look at the renders in the modeling software. I'd be surprised if anyone actually took the time to look at them in the game itself to see this sort of thing.
Definitely like the Cutter ship kit.
Some of those are putting me in mind of the White Star from Babylon 5. I got a subconscious hit of it when I saw the kit in the shop earlier, knew it was reminding me of something but couldn't think what it was - I think it was the colour of yours that made it click.

Wow, the wing sits right on top of the decal. How was that missed by QA before going live? :S
One of the tail (spoiler) pieces fits over the ID plate too.
At least now when we are locked in extended 1v1s both Feds and Imps will have something pretty to look at.
