I soo hope theres a white rhino as these are now unfortunately extinct
Sadly, if they are extinct, then I don't think they'll be in planet zoo. Black rhinos have a better chance of getting into the game.
Edit: I looked it up, and it seems the white rhinos aren't extinct. At least not yet. They are critically endangered, to the point where they could go extinct very soon. I believe the last male white rhino is dead however.

Well i got it. Indian rhinoceros confirmed!
Indian gharials were confirmed today, and the Unknown reptile/ amphibian is the goliath frog.
Gemsbok have been confirmed today!
They were confirmed quite some time ago.
They were only on the key art, and no in-game footage of them or text reference to them was found. Today we saw definetely proof of them being in the game, beyond just artwork.
Yeah, but they were announced a while ago as they're one of the 3 ultimate edition animals.

Do you mean deluxe animals? If so, the gemsbok isn't one of them (these are the Komodo dragon, pygmy hippopotamus, and Thomson's gazelle).
Do you mean animals available in the game's beta? If so, it's way more than 3, and no specific animals have been confirmed (though the deluxe animals were deconfirmed).

I know I already said somewhere cheetahs are my all time favourite and I stand by it, but I also hope more cats aside from cheetahs and snow leopards (and the obvious tigers and lions, of course) will appear over time.

I'm sure they have a list of animals they want to have in the game. I highly doubt a fox would be missing on it.
If it's not on release, It would be in a update after that.
Would love a Fennec Fox, but a Red fox would be great as well.

I was re-watching (or rather, listening) to the official Beta trailer and heard something that might be interesting. I think that, around the 9-11 second mark (when the screen says 'Join the exclusive beta'), there is a faint call in the background from a helmeted guineafowl. Not sure whether it's part of the soundtrack, but all the other animal calls included relate to in-game animals, even ones that don't appear fully in the trailer such as the peafowl.
I have put the trailer below (like I said, the call is faintly in the background around the 9-11 second mark) and also a video containing helmeted guineafowl calls (the audio after 9 seconds sounds most like the calls in the trailer).
