Infinite Lift Hill Bug

When the block ahead of the lift hill is occupied, the train is held at the end of the track section instead of the top of the lift hill. It's had this bug since it was released and I don't know why the devs haven't fixed this yet. So I made this post to remind them.

This was reported several times on Issue Tracker. The first time on April 18. Later reports have been marked INVALID because of being duplicate reports.
Unfortunately (as with so many other problems) the issue has not been adressed.
