Just a question: Will it be possible to get interdict (with the FSD interdictor) during the Orbital Glide Cruise or Glide?
Hope my english is not too bad to undestand my question![]()
I'd suspect vonDutch is right that since SC and OC are effectively the same it will work in OC... the question that springs to mind is in what state will you land if interdicted in OC? I suspect it will dump both participants into glide state....
Ah, but what if only one of you has Horizons? They'd get a 'Too close!' message and take a few percent of hull and module damage and you'd still be a crater.
It was shown in first Europa video (the moment when "surface HUD elements" appear - that is SC to OC transition). The transition from SC to OC hasn't been shown yet? I may be wrong about that but I haven't seen it.
The transition from OC to glide seemed ( even though still a transition ) appeared to be pretty smooth, I would think a smart attacker would wait for you to drop into Glide then try to shoot you down.
