No its not. You can have experience with that complex stuff which make it easier to understand, but that doesn't stop it being complex.

There can be complex wiring in a car, but a car engineer with experience will find that complex wiring easy to sort out or understand. It doesn't stop it from being complex though.

Are vector spaces complex? No? Yes? What about dual spaces? Not yet? The dual space of a dual space? Those things I mentioned are not complicated for me, I do want to see if you find them complicated (which by your logic you shouldn't).
 
I have trouble understanding why someone would expect Eve-like from a game that was always a dedicated SP game.

I’m not expecting EVE-like; but you’d think the creator of the space trading genre would at least play the first MMO space trading game.

Especially considering he turned it into a MMO; though I don’t think he fully committed to it being an MMO until he realised making online a requirement meant he could stop it being pirated.

That’s what single player offline was abandoned and anyone that doesn’t know that is at the least naive.
