Is server down for others or just me (May 2nd 2025)

I have the same problem... checksum error after everything tried... reboot, delete game and launcher... reinstall game and launher... but still get a checksum error.

same here... same done... opened a ticket (crossing fingers)

I was playing an hour ago,closed the game.
Now the play button doesnt start the game.
If you start the exe it close game and say use launcher.

Wish I'd seen this thread sooner; I had the same issue, so I uninstalled the game (which perhaps I didn't need to do - but at least I packed up bindings, etc), the tried to reinstall and still same problems - 'Play' doesn't work, and I get the manifest checksum error when I try to update or reinstall.

One of the server hamsters escaped and got between the gears... horrible.
Now the other hamsters mourn and the servers stopped.

Same problem here. Launcher comes up , I click "play", buttons grey out. ...nothing happens for 2 seconds then it is reset and you can hit play again to see once more the grey buttons
Validating files is also not helping since it says "updating" but 0% and no progress.

I also have that Return to Moria game as an alternative, but I'm stuck at that Bolgakh Orc boss battle, where hordes of lesser orcs spawn and Mr. Bolgakh needs only one or two hits with his club to send you back to the camp. I think I need the Maul of the Last Alliance, ok lets find the last recipe fragment possibly.

We just had the rainiest April on record here in STL since record keeping began in the 1800's.

It's like that all the time in the UK (I was stationed there).

The hamsters took a low cost carrier somewhere sunny.

Same for me, Incorrect Manifest Checksum. Restarted computer, searched the Internet for clues, deleted every download cache I could find, changed routers to my backup ISP... no luck.

Finally I came here, so I guess it's not just me.

Same problem, after uninstalling Orange Sidewinder. I downloaded and installed the launcher and now I can't install the game. Frontier is becoming annoying, and no communication !!!
