Hi Frontier, I've always supported you and I know how much work you put in the game. But for this DLC you did an EA move. For me the paid campaign is really a money hungry move. Because I don’t think people want to pay for something that should be basic in the game. I also don’t understand why the Atrocis, who have such an important role in the film, are not included in this DLC. So I take it you want to put them as another package apart that you’re going to make us buy in the future. Honestly I would have preferred to pay more for this DLC and have a complete product rather than wait for something that should have been in this DLC from the start. Sorry for my English, I'm from Italy.
Dominion. Finally, we're adding a new 2022 skin for Dilophosaurus and 3 film-based skins for Parasaurolophus that we know you'll absolutely love. wait! frontier your missing something you forgot about the new skins and the new dinosaurs like the allosaurus, carnotaurus, Atrociraptor, oviraptor, Moros, Lystrosaurus, the variantsfor Iguanodon, nasutoceratops male version and beta blue’s baby in dominion are you sure they will also gonna be in the game when the DLC arrive on June 14?. Update 3 show that will fix bug issues right well let’s hope this update fix my problem because my jwe2 game on my ps4 in sandbox mode it’s still keeps on crashing
BioSyn skins for all of the vehicles have practically been confirmed, the trailer showcases the different designs for the helicopter and ranger jeep, and the Steam store page shows BioSyn's version of the MVU.
I would love this as well. Just port all of them in as Sandbox maps, maybe make some Challenge versions as well. I really liked having to build with the limitations of the maps, plus the layout of a lot of them was fun to experiment with.
Its weirder since neither of the Rex skins / Dilo have anything to do with BioSyn
I disagree with the Dilo and the Rex (at least the 2022 one) skins because they're hinted pretty strongly to be in the Biosyn valley sanctuary itself in Dominion.
Interviews on the movie confirm Biosyn doesn't just clone dinos, they also acquire them from illegal government trading elsewhere. So this DLC doesn't have Biosyn exclusively cloned dinos, let alone all of them if anything else. The way I see it, it only focuses on the dinos that have appeared in the valley, in the flesh, regardless which ones were Biosyn made or not. Which includes the paras which were also seen in the Sierra Nevada setting presumably in the film where this DLC's Chaos Theory takes place.
It is worth noting that I also believe the two Rex skin inclusions have exceptional reasons each respectively. And, I'm not sure if any other new dinos from the film also appear physically in the valley.

I have a theory as to why Atrociraptor, Moros, Oviraptor, Microceratus, Lystrosaurus, 2022 Iguanodon, 2022 Carnotaurus and 2022 Allosaurus are not in the DLC. The DLC focuses on primarily the reptiles that play major parts in the movie, the Giganotosaurus, Therizinosaurus, Dimetrodon, Pyroraptor, Quetzalcoatlus, Scarred T Rex, Feathered T Rex, 2022 Dilophosaurus and 2022 Parasaurolophus have their own scenes, Dreadnoughtus has shots every now and then, but it is featured as it is a MAJOR overhaul of the Dreadnoughtus, completely the changing the dinosaur. But I think the animals missing are not included as many will not feature prominently in the movie, but the Carno, Allo and Atrociraptor are major scenes in Malta, but were not within the Biosyn Valley, whereas every creature besides the Feathered T Rex are found within the Biosyn facility. The Moros, Oviraptor, Microceratus, Lystrosaurus and 2022 Iguanodon will play minor roles, so they are not as crucial to Dominion's plotline nor the actual Biosyn DLC, so they can be free species in the update, the Allo, Carno and Atrociraptor would be some important Fallen Kingdom, Battle at Big Rock and Dominion dinosaurs and could be free, as you have another raptor, a variant Allosaurus and a Carnotaurus skin.
So basically these creatures have the possibility to appear in the free update, as they have no reason to not be included in the game. I hope my prediction is true

According to this at the BioSyn sanctuary, they have Rexy and Dilophosaurus in there, also Microceratus and the Iguanodon variant even though they're not in the DLC.

It's a bit weird they're looking for amber in the Dolomites. It is the place with the oldest amber inclusions known (Late Triassic), but they are just tiny droplets.
The fact it's the wrong time for all Dominion species doesn't matter too much, the Dominican Amber of the first movie is Oligocene/Miocene, very much the wrong time as well.
It feels like the prologue's prehistoric segment represents the in-universe Dominican amber, so I'm curious what we'll get out of the Dolomites.

I find the dlc a bit expensive compared to planet zoo or planet coaster dlcs. Invisible fences should also have been in the update, I hope we can also decorate them with stones, but also without a mod. In any case, I still wait for an official way from which visitors can observe the dinosaurs, totally unrealistic that it works only from buildings. And an option to turn off collision while building, without a mod also for console. But I think it's good that there are many more new features than in part 1 in the updates, only decorative objects could be a lot more

They never have in the past so I highly doubt they would give dinosaur's away for free.
In the interest of being terse, I'll leave my opinions at this, I'd have responded sooner if my internet let me.
The bulk of the content here looks and sounds good, but a slew of factors - the price point, the fact that movie content is being paywalled, and above all else the incomplete roster - are huge sticking points here. Color me thoroughly disappointed. Hopefully the missing species and cosmeticsand redesigns, pretty please? are covered in their own pack(s).
At the very least, the update sounds refreshing; thank goodness we'll be able to turn off status checks.
