Jurassic World Evolution 2: Dominion Biosyn Expansion and Update 3 Coming June 14 2022

I personally think there will be a second DLC for Dominion, now hear me out, because the title for the DLC is oddly specific: "Jurassic World Evolution 2: Dominion BioSyn Expansion", as if this DLC is specifically for things related to BioSyn in the movie. The Atrociraptors on the Dinotracker website, are said to have documented in illegal dinosaur markets and the Lystrosaurus wasn't seen at a BioSyn facility but at the dinosaur fight club in Malta. Which makes me wonder if there will be a later creature pack or something that will add the other species to the game.
Also, I really hope the new Biosyn vehicles in this pack. The new helicopter and Jeeps look amazing!
You know, I said just earlier in the forums in someone else's thread, that this Dominion DLC is very Biosyn Valley (and possibly Sierra Nevada) theme specific, and doesn't encompass everything that Dominion has from a species and general whole movie theme perspective. Meaning, species wise, it only focuses on Biosyn valley and Sierra Nevada dinosaurs and not beyond. So, it's not like this is "THE" Dominion DLC, as in "it encompasses everything from it."
The other dinos, which I know may not appear in the Biosyn valley (including possibly the ones featured in the Biosyn Sanctuary size chart promotional material which were Micorceratus and Iguanodon) I can almost guarantee will appear in something else. Maybe another Dominion expansion pack that focuses on something else besides Biosyn, a free update like JWE1's free updates to coincide with the film's release, or just a typical Dominion dino pack like this game's Camp Cretaceous Dinosaur Pack.

What gets me wondering is does this DLC's self-contained campaign have a similar "canonizing" approach as the base game's campaign? The base game's campaign, despite the rumors about it being shorter than JWE1's campaign because it was cut to avoid spoilers, was purposefully designed to be a "canonized" story with Universal's overview collaboration to help make sure it fits within the overarching series, essentially to be Frontier's own prologue to the upcoming movie as they themselves confirmed on Newsweek back in November. So I don't know if this DLC's separate campaign game follows the same kind of approach.
That's what makes me excited to learn about from it. Though I might find out online first when it comes out, because I still don't have a new PC to play the game yet.

I feel like they'll add the Atrociraptor, Microceratus, Oviraptor, Moros, Lystrosaurus, and the Dominion Iguanodon variant in either a free update or a dino pack or something. Cause this DLC seems to be BioSyn specific, as it is in the title, "Jurassic World Evolution 2: Dominion BioSyn Expansion" instead of just "JWE2: Dominion Expansion." I highly doubt this will be the final one, but it is a lot considering and looks really good. Kudos to the dev teams working hard on those challenge maps and dinosaurs!
This is pretty much what I think. They went specifically and clearly on a theme for this dlc, It's more niche, which is really cool, I can't doom and gloom on this one. I personally think they should have kept the title as Biosyn Expansion since Dominion being in there is what is causing a lot of friction over perceived cut dinosaurs.
I don't know if we'll get all of the missing dinosaurs but I think there's a good chance, the devs and even community staff come across quite passionate in getting this game as close to 'right' as possible. The free updates so far have shown that.

Agreed. The missing animals aren't Biosyn-related, which this DLC is focused on, so we're very likely going to get the rest of the animals in a separate pack, The Prologue Pack / The Worldwide Pack / you get the idea. As long as we eventually do get everything I'll be happy. Plus the free update seems to be a pretty hefty one as well, another reason the couldn't focus too much on all the animals.

I always can't wait to see the QoL in the free updates, they fundamentally change the game in many ways. Can I also say, yes to invisible fencing and how I did not see a hyperloop coming. I am real curious to see how things proceed from here, its shaping up really nicely.
They mentioned it as a variant for her. You'll just have to wait until the 14th of June, or maybe they'll show it off in a promo leading upto the release of the Expansion.
Maybe after the Dominion Biosyn Expansion, the next dlc could appear soon after it being perhaps a Jurassic World Evolution 2: Dominion Creature Pack, featuring the Atrociraptor, Moros Intrepidus, Oviraptor, Microceratus and Lystrosaurus, as well as 3 variants for Allosaurus, Iguanodon and the Moros with a Modern and Late Cretaceous Variation with the modern being the default, and 5 skins with Carnotaurus, and the 4 Atrociraptors (Ghost, Panthera, Tiger and Red)

Frontier. I want to know if the dafault giganotosaurus is gonna be able to use the new roars. Or its only exclusive for the Dominion variant?
Weird new giganotosaurus has same roars as base game not the movie one in the dlc trailer

I'm curious if we are also getting a Biosyn skin set for the vehicles too. Still waiting for JP and DFW to get unique pylons and substations. JP era had perfect retro style pylons/substations in the first game. I am very excited to play around with some of the new dinosaur species/skins. Very happy that the binocular upgrades is finally returning. The park tours had seemed rather gimped in this game without them.
I just wish we could get the maps from the first game ported into this one. I really miss the first game's Nublar '93 map.

i think that jwe 1 maps its only a matter of time (Except Isla Nublar and 1 of the 2 Sorna maps) Most probably as DLC
