Make sure you have a solid save rather than auto save for the Malta Campaign. Once the game allows you to make lagoons on other maps in the campaign you should check under the rocks to get the rock platform.

to be honest, I really couldn't care less. Frontier doesn't care about US, the gamers, so why should WE care about them ? They broke the game when they "fixed" the underwater platforms. Now, if you have a lagoon, the entire game crashes.when's the next update?

Do you mean the lagoon viewing domes?
The lagoon does not cause the game to crash on my end.

Decorations do not count for the celebrations. If Microceratus is added, then it will be a good time for the celebrations.
