It isn't hacks, fit two B2 shield cells to your E-type viper and you can tank the internal station guns for well over a minute. If you go for a more expensive fit (A type shields, more/larger shield cells) you can last even longer.

I saw and Asp try and take him on, did OK, but got too close and the dumbfires nailed him. I did see and Asp, and a Viper get away - was one of them you?

I did see him take damage. Also, I think a dumbfire attack on him would pretty much be just as effective, especially if he does not see it coming.

Yes, this sounds the best way to be untill ED dont solve the problem.
Report the station where that cheaters are, and change to solo before entering the station.
This will make him very alone, as he is sure in real life.
If he is not a payed saboteur form another game company.

There are enough warnings of people getting blasted in certain places, I am sure that with a little common sense you can avoid those areas.
I dont condone his actions but those wanting to name and shame are just as bad.

As much as this chap needs a swift smite in his brisket its chuff like this that makes me stay in Open, yes its griefing and yes its abuse of a broken mechanic but its still fascinating to know its happening somewhere in a station. I just loaded into open at Leesti and this thread put me on guard so for that OP I thank you.
I guess its no fun though if you are the victim in something big and expensive but I question the sense of taking something valuable to the "lore" systems anyway.
