And this actually has a story behind it. The girl who painted the gray fox for me, her parents had an anniversary coming up, and I wanted to do something nice, but I couldn't think of anything. Then I remembered that they like puzzles, so I went online to see puzzles but didn't really see anything I thought would be nice, so instead I drew this and sent it to be turned into a puzzle

Ability level doesn't matter, having fun does, anyone is welcome to draw and anyone is welcome to submit an animal suggestionWoah, cool. I may try one a little later. I'm not a painter (one of my best friends paints, though. And she painted me a gray fox)
I'll pull out my sketchbook, which has like 3 sketches and 2 pages full of random story writing mumbo jumbo
Greater Rhea is next upCan I request a Greater Rhea? I think bob needs a friend.
Okay that is incredibly sweet of you, a homemade puzzle is very thoughtful and kind. I am sure they were touched. Here we go...

It is so unique and iconic, and you're right it's a great exercise, I know I am guilty of sticking to mostly three quarter and side profiles in the majority of the stuff I doThank you!
I wanted to catch them at their beautiful and thats their face with their feathers all spread out imo.
Also a good exercise to draw something from the front
