Best Lakon ship is a Keelie. U disagree? U in open?
I agree Keelback is the best Lakon ship...
However...
I can't deny that the Asp Scout flys way way better than the Keelie, as much as it pains me to say it

Given that it's twice the size of a Viper (in every direction), and slower than a Viper you're going to need all the agility you can get.
A Cobra is also more agile than a Viper, almost as agile as an AspS, half the size of an AspS, has more slot-capacity than an AspS, is way faster than an AspS and 10x cheaper.
Oof, yea. All that agility is hampered by it's subpar speed.
If you cant see the relevance then don't ask the question.Relevance of those vids to this conversation is what exactly? With respect to them of course, those guys likely don’t understand the nuance or point of the OP vid.
Waste of engineering materialsI'm going to outfit one for combat to give it a go.
My T6 against your keelie;-)Best Lakon ship is a Keelie. U disagree? U in open?
DBS have anemic boost, and it's relatively easy target among small ships, but at least have lats and it's impossible to overheat, and 4 utils allow you to coat it with PD's and chaff making it unkillable by mid rank npc's, you cant say same about Asp SI am a proud owner of an Asp Scout.
Great l'il scout ship and a joy to fly.
I also like the DBS.
I don't use either for combat tbh. There are much better ships for that role. They are both handy for short range exploration, checking BGS info or as a shuttle for SRV activities.DBS have anemic boost, and it's relatively easy target among small ships, but at least have lats and it's impossible to overheat, and 4 utils allow you to coat it with PD's and chaff making it unkillable by mid rank npc's, you cant say same about Asp S
Well they're saying it's terrible, OP is pointing out it's the exact opposite: for flying. With a video demonstrating it. So let me rephrase: those vids are not relevant. If you cant see the relevance then don't ask the question.
