What customer did he disrespect? Do you think he is working for frontier?
Before you run your keyboard, I would check out his post history. If there is one mod who has been critical to what FD has been doing, its him.

You did notice the title: "Volunteer Moderator"?

When posting in any topic a Mod is just like you & me, a poster (unless they are moderating it, of course, then their participation is only moderation) and are expressing their own views, as do we.
