Its the north star! Humans for thousands of years have gazed up and used this star for navigation. Its pretty important. If youre gonna keep it permit locked AT LEAST let it be one we can unlock. Oh and the moon (of earth) is not landable, can this please be addressed.

Both are locked for lore reasons.
Apparently, from what I gather, it's something to do with FFE (Frontier: First Encounters) so it's probably Thargoid related!

What's the lore for the moon?
It's supposed to be mostly covered in settlements and industrial complexes, apart from the preserved historical 20th (& 21th ?) century landing sites.
That would be so cool imagine if they took horizons style surface cities (the one with the big buildings) and put odyssey style settlements in close density to give a big complex vibe.
Are you sure you're imagining that correctly? I don't think there is a pc on the planet that would crash the second they tried rendering in.
