Let’s do the voting for the most wanted species???

For me (in no particular order):
Meerkats
Fennec Fox
Sloth
Capybara
Leopard (any)
Penguin (I personally love the rockhopper but I suspect emperor is more likely and that's fine)
Gibbon
Maned Wolf
One or more small cat species (Ocelot, lynx etc)
Wild horses (any)
Otters (maybe giant otter but any)
Tasmanian Devil
Fossa
Aviary/flying birds - The Northern Bald Ibis as a Spanish critically endangered species would be a really nice addition I think. Chester Zoo has them and is involved in reintroducing captive birds to the wild. Also more obvious choices like vultures and owls of course. I'd love a whole bird pack honestly.

I also think there's a lot of potential for alterations to the current exhibit to allow a wider range of small animals for example fish, small birds and small mammals such as mice and squirrels.

Just wanted to make one small observation: if PZ doesn't end up getting aviaries or aquatic animals and diving capabilities, meaning they just continue adding four animals per dlc, 3-4 times a year for 3 total years, AND they don't adding full modding support after they are done making dlc....man this game will die within a year of that happening. It's already at it's lowest player levels

Agree. They need to listen to their playerbase more. And not like how they "listened" with animal variants where they put their animals through a hue shifter but kept them all with the same texture, even though that's obviously not what anyone wanted.

Agreed also. Frontier has to challenge themselves in going for aviary and aquatic dlc. These are what this game desperately needs. More habitat animals are needed also don’t get me wrong but I feel those two additions would bring the game to the next level. JWE is proof frontier is very capable of doing aviary content. Aquatic dlc remains to be seen with desired water animations. I’m too the point where even if the animations simply aren’t possible animals like penguins, otters, beavers, and possibly seals are.

AMAZING LIST 🤩
I really like every animal on it! Great job 🤩

I think I’ll expand my answer (I had only listed what I think are the most requested species) because I’ve been thinking about this a lot... there’s animals I hope will be prioritized in future DLC, even if they never add aviaries and such:

Would love a “Central America” pack so we could have sloths, and maybe the capybara, Scarlet ibis, puma, or howler monkey.

Definitely want meerkats in Africa pack... I also love red river hogs, fennec foxes, fossa, and giant elands. And I appreciate so many of those big African birds.

if we wouldn’t get a puma in Central America, then hopefully in North America. I’d also love Moose, Roosevelt Elk, River Otter, Alligator Snapping turtle, Lynx, Ocellated turkey.

Europe also provides room for some of those species I just listed. Oh, Europe also has puffins and Ibex! And pelicans, and swans...

Like the South and Central America split, I’d also appreciate an India pack and a separate Asia pack.

India could have a monkey species, the binturong, a Nilgai or blackbuck, maybe the Indian leopard? (I’d also adore the Indian Giant Squirrel!)

Or we could have the Sri Lankan leopard in the Asia pack, and a deer species (axis/sika?) which would look really nice with some red crowned cranes. Also has room for another monkey, and maybe takin, Himalayan tahr, or Chinese flying squirrel.

So yeah, just some of the first animals that come to mind.
