Let's get some issues confirmed

So most of us here I imagine are hoping that there will be a lot of Exploration/Codex fixes in the December update...

I was adding a couple of issues to the tracker last night and I noticed that a couple of the ones I was going to add were already there, but with only one or two comments on them. So I thought if an issue apparently changes to confirmed when it has 10 replies, then lets get some of these issues confirmed so that FD can see and acknowledge them and hopefully fix them for the next update! So here's a few to get you started, if you have experienced this issue then please add your voice to it.

I've just added another one to the list, the records not updating in the Codex. I had to confirm it was still happening before adding it, but it is.

We've had a few more additions to some of these issues since I created the thread, but still not quite enough...
