Let's play: What would be YOUR complete roster of the game?

Just for fun, as usual for they dry season between DLCs, I try to make gun games for the forum to pass the time.

So, what would be a complete final roster for the game, after all DLCs are complete?

Don't take constraints like number of DLCs or limiting features into account.

Just make your complete roster for a zoo game, and explain why you picked the animals you chose.

For me my perfect final, would be with a lot of plants of different zones of the world, with more type of rocks also with animals from the American continent in general, I would love to see more backgrounds of the different biomes, in animals I would love to see more Desert Species around the globe and more tundra-taiga animals, yes, my favorites biomes are the Desert and the Tundra, the extreme of the other hahaha

There are so many animals I want. My top wishes for an ideal final roster would definitely include all the bears, the leopard (to complete the big cats), at least two to three more old world monkeys, ditto for new world monkeys, a well-rounded oceanian roster, plus some odds and ends -- mainly coatis, but also maned wolves, red river hogs, and ground birds (maybe even an American flamingo). And my fingers are still crossed for flight and maybe even aquariums. It's unrealistic but it would certainly be a dream come true to even get some of these -- ultimately I'll try to make the best of whatever content we get, and once support ends I can also experiment with mods, I guess.

My list of all the animals I want would be very long, so I'm going to break it down by group.

Oh goodness, this could be a long list if I took into account ALL the animals I'd like to see. I will try to not include the ones that would be nice or neat to have, and just go for as you put it, what it would take for the game to feel complete to me. I'm going to generalize on the exact species unless otherwise noted, as it's mostly a "we need one of the species of this type of animal" type of situation.

Going to single out the Wombat, firstly. Be it the common or one of the hairy nosed species, the wombat is solidly my most wanted animal at this point. I had three "must haves" before the wetlands pack and that added in two of the three. I'd like to complete that. Basically, if the game were to end now, and something changed with mods to the point you could only have one mod, there's no question it'd be a wombat mod.

Well known, high profile and popular animals These are animals that are either highly request, animals that I think the general public would be aware of, animals that are icons of conservation, and animals that are commonly found in zoos (or a combination thereof) :

Leopard (probably the most well known land animal missing from the game at this point)
Emu
Gibbon
Red River Hog
Tasmanian Devil
Przewalski's Horse
Old World Porcupine
Baboon
Tasmanian Devil
Raccoon
Sloth
Maned Wolf
Wolverine
Dromedary
Howler Monkey

Oceania - I know I've included a few above, but I'm definitely wanting more animals from this region in general.
Tree Kangaroo
Wallaby
Grey Kangaroo
Quokka
Numbat
Little Blue Penguin
Kiwi

Species/subspecies to give variety - animals that we have one (or more in some cases) species of (except for two), but would be nice to have another option. Personal preference of alternate as noted:
Giraffe (Masai)
Bear (Andean, American Black)
Leopard (yes I'd love two)
Wombat (yes I'd love two of these too!)
Lion (the only one I'm not picky on, just want a second lion subspecies)
Tiger (Sumatran)
Rhino (Javan, Black)
Otter (North American, Eurasian)
Badger (American, Honey)
Fox (Red, Bat-Eared)
Seal (Leopard, Harp, Crabeater, Hawaiian Monk, Harbor)
Penguin (Rockhopper)
Zebra (Grevy's)

Animals I'd personally really want even if they're not that popular:
Jackal (prefer Black-Backed but another would do)
Coyote
Tayra
Bighorn Sheep
Markhor
Coatimundi
Collard Peccary
Patagonian Mara
Saiga Antelope (my lone antelope wish)
Rock Hyrax
North American Porcupine

Avians - this is the big one. Definitely wanting some flying birds, even if some of these are mostly ground based or wading birds:
Bald Eagle
Great Heron
American White Pelican
Roseate Spoonbill
Roadrunner
Red Tailed Hawk
Sandhill Crane
Wild Turkey
California Condor
Snowy Owl
Great Horned Owl
Barn Owl
Toucan
Macaws (Scarlet, Hyacinth, Blue and Yellow, Red and Green, Great Green)
Scarlet Ibis
Harpy Eagle
African Grey Parrot
Secretary Bird
Shoebill Stork
Grey Crowned Crane
Marabou Stork
Northern Bald Ibis
Mute Swan
Southern Ground Hornbill
Great Hornbill
Rhinoceros Hornbill
Majestic Frigatebird
Black Swan
Australian Pelican
Kookaburra
Osprey
Cockatoo
Cockatiel
Nene Goose
along with at least two ducks and two falcons

Edit: I forgot about Exhibit animals! :
Cobra
Chameleon
Thorny Devil
Frilled Lizard

I could come up with a lengthy list of fully aquatic animals I'd like to see, but I don't feel like they are necessary for the game to be complete to me, so I'm not going to list them here. Suffice to say I'd be happy with their introduction just as much as I'd be happy with a separate Planet Aquarium game.

Racoon

Okay now more seriously.
I dont believe in a complete animal list like any animal i would like to see, so instead i will just add what i feel would be needed to have a full experience.

Europe:
-Red Deer
-Wild Boar
-Red Fox

Europes easy, because while i could list a ton of animals like the polecat, otter, harbour seal, beech martens, alpine marmot, etc, i feel like these 3 are the only ones really necessary for a rather complete european roster. They would round out the standard wildpark animals - mouflon, jut while i would like to have them in the game aswell, i just feel like they arnt nearly as iconic.

Northamerica:
-Racoon
-Collared Peccary
-Rocky Mountain Goat
-A Bird (domestic Turkey or whooping crane prefered)

North America also feels rather complete from an outsiders perspective and these 4 animals fill the few open gameplay niches left in the game.
America is lacking small animals, small aboreal animals, desert animals, alpine animals, pls frontier more birds, so the best way to change that is by introducing adding 2-3 more smaller animals that fit that criteria, aswell as the most iconic and unique looking mountain goat.
And a bird because frontier pls.

Africa:
  • Scymitar horned onix
  • any duiker or other dwarf antelope
  • eland
  • 2-3 monkeys for example mantled guereza, green vervet, de brazas monkey, roloway monkey, etc
  • baboon
  • red river hog
  • Fossa
  • birds for example grey crowned crane, marabu, shoebill, helmet guina fowl, etc

Same thing for africa, just filling in open niches. The biggest are monkeys and birds, no surprises here, but also for antelopes we are lacking a saharan desert antelope, a very big one and a very small one, which i would all love to see in the game.

Asia:
  • Leopard
  • Blackbuck and/or nilgai
  • prez wild horse
  • racoon dog
  • muntjak
  • takin
  • domestic yak
  • pheasents (with heavy emphesis on the s)
  • monkeys!

Yeah so, big ticket animals we miss, ungulates We very dearly miss for south and, central and east asia, pheasents cause birds + theres just a ton of beautiful and commonly held ones and lastly, you guessed it, monkeys.

South America:
  • Maned Wolf
  • Spectacle Bear
  • Patagonian Mara
  • Coati
  • Howler Monkey
  • atleast 3 more Monkeys

We need more monkeys in monkey land, go figure + 3 non rainforest animals cause we only have the lama and the anteater for now

Australia:
  • Wallabys
  • Wombat
  • Tasmanian Devil
  • Emu
  • Echidna
  • Tree kangaro
  • no monkeys?

Whaaaaat? A continent that doesnt lack any monkeys? Good job well done frontier!
Now more seriously, we just need the emu and like 3 wallaby species for realistic oversea australia areas, but to spice It up we have some other unique australian critters.

Domestic Animals:
  • Domestic Donkey
  • Pig
  • African dwarf goat
  • (Kamerun) sheep
  • Watussi Cattle
  • Chicken
  • Guinny Pigs
  • Bunnys

We need domestic animals, they are a big part of zoos as most have a petting zoo, pls just give us some frontier and redcon the buffalo to domestic, thank you!

Welcome Clones/very similar animals:
  • Any Flamingo
  • Eurasisn Brownbear
  • European Bison
  • Brazillian Tapir
  • Black Rhino
  • Pls frontier clone any monkey you got like 3 times if possible. I would love 5 more capuchins

Because this list is near perfect, im just gonna add to this what i believe is missing:

Antelopes: An Eland Species, because they are also common, iconic and just Giants
Bovines: Watussi Cattle, as the propapply most iconic breed of cattle besides the black and white ones, honorable mention to the scottish highland cattle and the domestic yak
Suids: I would choose the Kune-Ku Pig or the vitnamese Pot Bellied Pig for the domestic one, as they are quite common with the pot bellied being the most common breed and also quite unique looking from all other suids with their short stubby legs and pretty patterns.

And like 3 more tamarins like the golden, cotton top and emperor and also 3 more pheasents like the common, silver or lady amesthysts cause like why not? Who doesnt love more monkeys and pretty chickens?
