I agree, better wait for the transition to the new generation happen, while most users are on the old consoles, there will be some limitationsI'm saying that hatchlings aren't a good idea for older consoles.

If there is a hypothetical JWE3, they can add breeding from the beginning, because technically it is possible to add this, but in a few years probably, when most console users move to the next gen consoles. Although I miss this mechanics in the game a lot, the current JWE2 game is amazing even without it. I'm very happy with JWE2, I can't wait to see a sequel in a few years!Too much work load. While having baby dinosaurs running around would be nice. That takes new models, not just shrunk down versions of the adult models. That wouldn't look right. New models, new sounds, new animations and so on. Then you have the problem of how do you show it? Do you show nests? That means egg and nests models. I guess there could be a nest with eggs in it and then when you go away and come back the eggs would be broken with baby dinosaurs running around.
You also need models for sub adults and so on. Like I said, it's a lot of work. It's not easy. PK is only going to have 25 animals at launch from what I have heard and they are supposed to have baby dinosaurs. I would rather have other stuff. Maybe they can give us smaller dinosaurs. Not all dinosaurs were huge. Not too small though. I think the compy from JWE showed that it doesn't work all that well. I mean the model was nice looking and the skins were good. It was great seeing in game but they are very hard to see in enclosures especially with grass.

I agree, better to have quality than quantity, although quantity is good too. New mechanics are importantIf we would at least get a baby T-Rex, which would actually fit the chaos mode for The Lost World or is even essential, that would at least be a beginning to work with.
And about the statement that more species are better than a brut system, I can only say that I think that's complete nonsense, as experience has shown that we only get skins that use the same animations as all other species in this category. It is better to have fewer species that all have their unique animations than 5 species of triceratops or 7 medium-sized carnivores, but all of which have the same animations and only the model looks different and the animal has a different name. Mods can do that, as we see in JWE1 where we are well over 300 "species" but yes they only use the existing framework.
Just my opinion.
That's true for JWE1, but in JWE2 similar species don't seem to be just reskins anymore. Each species seems to have at least some unique animations and the rigs aren't shared anymore either (like for exampe Dilophosaurus doesn't seem broken like in JWE1, where it shared the exact same rig as the Velociraptor)If we would at least get a baby T-Rex, which would actually fit the chaos mode for The Lost World or is even essential, that would at least be a beginning to work with.
