75-80k lys travelled
5/5/15 I got back.
Permits gained ~10
Didn't make Elite this round, but hopefully next time.

So we have the beginnings of raw data now. While we know exploration is not going to make anyone super rich, has anyone started compiling data for an average credit/system value?
I know we have estimates per item in a system from CMDR Nutter and understand the highly variable nature of this request but it would be interesting for planning purposes.
Let me be more specific; I'm about 5k into my return trip from the Core hanging out in the southern neutron fields (HYPOE, EORLD, etc). My goal is to hit 100mil when I get home so I'm trying to estimate how many more neutron stars/BH I need (500,1000?). It would be painful if I leave this bounty of discovery goodness and end up just short of my goal. Many of you know how difficult it can be to stay awake a couple hours into neutron star surfing.

A first discovered neutron star is worth ~55,000. A return trip to Sag A* with selective scanning maybe makes around 30 million (highly variable obviously depending on just how many systems you visit & how much scanning you do). So to get to 100m you would likely need at least 1,250 neutron stars.

I didn't make a screenshots of before and after when I set off on my Saggy A trip. Made 58.9 million, but no way to prove it.
I did make 439 screenshots during the trip, which I'm willing to prove by posting them all

As an aside, my Sgr A* trip with slight detour on the home-stretch netted 2600-odd systems with a profit of 97 000 000. No neutron farming. I'll post detailed results with screen grabs later.

As I said, only "after" screenshot of your exploration earnings will do if you have no other screenshots.
