Had to laugh at this Helena. Here in the UK we have gone metric from the old Imperial weights and measures, but most of us older folk still ask at the butchers shop for a pound of sausages or 5lbs of potatoes at a greengrocers stall on the markets. Although they are weighed in kilos. It's just typical British somehow. At least we have still got our own currency, even if it has been metric since 1972, a lot of older people, still convert 10p to mean two shillings. Not so much now with currency, but they did for a long time after we went decimal. Good old British values I suppose, us British, don't like change and are proud of our old values. [haha]

With "backward" I mean the system itself, why still try promote old system that is not scientific? Why not take the step over? The old British which is very heavy with tradition managed to do the step (even of course the older people still do the old way just like dear Coasterbuff said ;)) why not the US?

The Metric system was introduced in 1668. Quite a while ago! Got a plenty time to change, already. :)
The metric system is fantastic and easy to use to convert between units. 10 cm = 1 decimeter, 10 decimeter = 1 meter... Easy! we have ten fingers! 12 inches = 1 foot? 3 feet = 1 yard? Or is that 4 feet? sigh...

It is crazy that I, when I have deal with US people, have to LEARN the old system just because they happens to be my customers? LOL! Of course I say the metric system FIRST and then the imperial system in parenthesis. ;)

Again, options is the BEST I agree. But at least try to be diverse. The more we know! :) Plus you can brag about being modern (ha! 300 year modern?)

Ok SORRY, this is clearly a pet peeve of me. Nevermind. [wacky]

Yes, we'll have x/y/z rotation either Alpha 2 or Alpha 3.

Hello, I was watching the May 4th youtube live stream and saw all the cool animations added to the families and couples #daddancing

I was wondering if there will be same-sex couples wandering around the park or families with same-sex parents?

(if anyone knows if there are already same-sex couples in game please let me know, i don't have the alpha yet and i've only seen opposite sex couples in what i've seen online)

This was already answered :p the guy said to go take a closer look at the Security guard video, you may notice a nice little detail ;0

Can we get some drag on the feet when the guests get dropped on the Screaminator? Most feat go up when dropping that fast. Pretty Please!

Will we be able to get some horizontal wood beams that we can use as roof supports when making buildings. We have the vertical ones, but these can not be rotated to the horizontal position or any degree in between the two. This is definitely needed because with these we could create a roof system like this:

Again, another thing answered in their livestream if you watched it.
They said that they're giving things an X / Y / Z axis.

Will we be able to play the role as different park employee roles? Ride Operator, Janitor, Mascot, Mechanic, General Manager, Security, Ticket Sales, Food Booths, etc? It would be cool to be a ride operator and have to hit a start button and other buttons that control the rides...... and have the possibility to let people ride twice, etc.... then get in trouble with management.... lol...

Or to be a mascot and chase people around.... or to be a mascot riding the rides / skipping the lines....

To be a park manager and bring your family and skip the lines? Anything like the ideas mentioned above?

I love the peeps, they are so neat. I am sure there will be benches.
As far as vomit, it would be nice if you could get them to vomit in the trash cans or bathroom and then the cleaners could empty them.
Also I want to know if there will be a train or tram to send peeps to the other side of the park if they want to.
Also boat and water rides. Coasters to ride skim on the water with splashes

I have some questions about the paths.
(Sorry if they have already been asked. I do not have any read everything.)

1) Can we remove the paths border?
a) To have just the earth paths or paved paths.
