General Longer lasting ground conflict zones for the grinders

So according to this thread ground conflict (combat) zone no longer permits the 'relogging' game mechanic, which upsets some more than others. My suggestion is to multiply the ticket count on ground combat zones of at least medium intensity, with an arbitrary number, or a random number based on the state of the war, importance of the system the war is in, and above all the population of the system the war is in. So for example in a non essential, anarchy system with less then 1 million pop, a high ground combat zone could remain at1000, while in a billion pop federation system the ticket number could be as much as 10000.

Added to that there should be a system put in place that allows you, if you went to it via Frontline Solutions, to immediately retire from a ground conflict zone putting you on a dropship back to your station.
 
That, or simply add a countdown at the end of the battle after which enemy/allied try to overtake the place again.
Maybe limited by a player-chosen number of waves. Like I could sign up for a range of 1-20 battle.
