For xbox one but I imagine it happens on the other platforms too
Also this site changed a bunch since I been here last and I cant find the bug reports any more so its going here I guess
Basically, the picture below sums it up. Its drinking out of another enclosure beyond a fence, its counting the enclosure next to it as part of its own saying it needs trees even though on its side of the fences there is plenty, and it is lonely when there is another one of its kind with max comfort in the same enclosure as it. It just happened from the dino walking into a narrower part of the enclosure, probably not hard to recreate.
