Mike Evans showing off his imperial credentials :p

Psykokow ... I hope you realise, that when the game is released (or even in Alpha or Beta) you are so in for it from every Frontier employee ;)

All my Alpha reports will be 'I keep dying for some weird reason, I undock and then explode.... its weird!!'

This post might help you Yoyager_NL. It was a general answer to a previous question I asked the Frontier devs a while ago. :)

Thanks Geraldine, it is an interesting post but I already quit new this. Basically in my original post I was listing a range of possible answers for Mike as to elaborate on my question. The last one

[*] what is procedural generation?

was meant to be funny. :D
Didn't work seemingly :S

Cheers!

Right, trying to think up clever questions for a graphics programmer isn't easy!

What does a graphics programmer do?

Is Frontier overhauling the graphics engine for Elite: Dangerous, and the move towards licensing Cobra?

Will it use OpenGL/OpenCL/DirectX 9, 10, 11/other?

How will we see the results of your work in-game?

What kind of ratio is your work in terms of Art:Science?

EDIT: Art : Science, in case you're wondering...

Alas your questions are too late: the interview has been complete! Maybe you can pitch your questions to Ben once the interview goes up, if he decides to show up and reply to comments. :)
