Mercenaries of Mikunn - The Background Simulation and Colonization Test

That's sort of the problem, guys. Thrudd's tool only displays populated systems that have station commodity data. There are a number of systems in the tool that have no station commodity data (and thus won't be displayed when searching for buying or selling any products like gold or hydrogen). I'm trying to find which systems aren't listed so as to determine where we need to go and visit. We can do this by looking at the map, but it would be easier if there was a list out there somewhere.

Sorry I was away the last 3 weeks. I have already admin state within thrudds so i can add stations, commodities etc.

And exactly what you were thinking of it, it needs to be scouted and implemented. Actually its not that hard to get admin status .... just need to click 1 million times :) which happened mostly while flying from Mikunn to HR ^^^

Could also use a macro tool to make the clicks for you ... of course if you are logged into the thrudds tool site ;)

Just search on the Thudd trading tool for stations buying gold within 50ly.

I made a trade route with my T7 - Mapor buy Perf Enhancer -> Mikunn Seeking Lux jump to -> Wongsun buy Paladium -> Mapor .... and so on ...

Current status ... so looks like law party lost due to the missions we did maybe?

No worries! I apologize; I probably wasn't explaining things well enough.

Glad you're back. Us Merchants got to stick together!

I think once we get multiple systems converting at the same time, our trade data will start to become really useful. We'll be able to provide optimal routes for fellow Merchants and increase influence through the power of coin.

It will be nice to have a station in Hr to trade. Should be a great spike in influence if we ever get a civil war lol. The most anticipated 1.1 change for me is the fix on checking a faction which has no pending state causing all pending states to not show. Ahh all the time saved from constantly save to main menu reload the game :)

I'm back! Read through the forums, I'll be on tonight for a while so see ya'll in the cosmos!

I might have missed it, are ya'll running the 1.1 beta?

Some have tried it out, but as actions taken in the beta are of no consequence to the "real world" it's just a playing ground for testing out new features, flying a python for a measly 100 Cr and such fun ... :)

I've asked Sean of the Thrudd trading tool site if he could provide us with a Mikunn based export of the surrounding systems, alternatively even a fixed url to pre-populated search based on Mikunn.

I will do my exploration for thrudds in this week ... once our website is setup :) and I am bored of trading ...

I thought trading was "broken" with this new update. Otherwise i might grind up a python :D

It's not too hard to get a Python still. Trading is still profitable. You can even just jump from system to system using the trading tool to figure out where to go next and what to sell without any plan.

sounds like a real grind, lol even worse then before. I heard the supply demand is what really is broken, even though it changes i hear the profit margins take a huge hit even when you dont satisfy that much demand.

What is your CMDR name again?

No more civil war pending <sigh>

Yeah i can confirm this.

IN HR Dukes lost one point as well as lawparty. HR DC gained a point.

We are like 15 people that are constantly doing the missions and kill authorities ...

How can 1 guy (mysteron) gain such influence...

If this is the case, than he found a way to abuse the backround sim system ... could a DEV please verify this?

And on top of that the BOOM in Mikunn is gone, so are the Seeking Luxurys ...

And no beneficial effect in the system (no raise of population, etc.)

well all he needs is a type 9 doing missions and trading. But I think its just a matter of momentum we had it lost it as we focused on law now we are slowly gaining it back. A few people have seen the insta resolve on the civil wars so that might be a bug.
