Founder level backer here. only music and elite:legacy ebook showing in my account. i did get the freeagle and spray jobs in game, so i must have had the merc pack as well! but then again, i'm still waiting for the Founders decal, as described, i was promised. way to go, yet again FDEV!

Founder decal was added in 1.1 so if you don't have it available it's a ticket job (yeah I know, but that's the only way!)

Alpha backer here. The only thing I've got on downloadable products is "Elite: Dangerous - Alpha - Elite Dangerous Alpha Demo" Though I've also got the Kickstarter rewards of the novel in various formats and the music. I do have Founder's Decal, Mercenary Paint scheme for Cobra, Freagle and skull decal

I get the impression someone is sat there typing this stuff in to each account, row by row...

The Elite theme soundset is borked. When you move the extracted directory into C:\windows\media you also need to rename it from "ED_ThemeSounds" to "EliteDangerous_ThemeSoundSet_v1". Oh, and there's no sound for "Default Beep" (which is what the Windows volume control uses).

So, to recap ... desktop images all need rotating by 90 degrees, screensaver ignores the "Display each image for N seconds" setting, the music is in an odd format, the ringtones aren't in a universal format and the sound theme as supplied is broken.

Did I miss anything?

Honestly FD, you do great deeds with one hand and shoot yourself in the foot with the other.

They are probably working through issuing the downloads to accounts. Maybe vanilla Merc edition orders first, then the beta backers and so on (i dont have the downloads yet and am a beta backer)

I suspect it more to do with the systems and tools they have available to them to their job rather than their ability to do it.

And if that's the case, then you keep going up the chain until you find the correct person to show the door

The ringtones are only usable on iphones, those of us with androids can't use them or have to find a 3rd party converter to mp3 or ogg to use them.

FDev, please provide mp3's or ogg's for those with other than iphones.
