Missing items from DLC

When i’m playing in sandbox, after a few hours items are disappearing and only giving me basic items. I have no shop shells, missing walls in construction etc.

I had everything on the same save and now it’s disappeared- when i open a new save everything is there again but disappears after a few hours?
I’ve shut it down & reloaded and it’s still missing on that save. I dont want to keep making new zoo saves after a few hours!!

That's a weird one! My two thoughts are:

Make sure that you are not accidentally grouping items from different structures together then, when deleting one item that doesn't seem connected, accidentally deleting others (I've done this where I've copied a part from one building and forgotten to separate it from its original building when placing it with my new structure).

The other thing to try is to (if you got the game through Steam) verify files. That will fix any program issues in your game. Sometimes little errors accrue.
