I took this mission while I was at Mawson dock in the "newbie" system, however when I went there the only thing I scanned were the Operation Tower and Data Points. I couldn't find the Hub Access Data Terminal. I got two messages, and the mission was at the "complete" stage. It stayed there, and I accidentally jumped to another system that was not under the Pilots Federation, thus losing my permit. The mission stayed however, has no new description, no timer, and whenever I abandon it nothing happens. I submitted it to the issue tracker but I don't think I'll be getting help over there unless other people report this issue. What should I do?

I wouldn't worry. If you cannot complete it, the mission will fail if and when it times out and will likely disappear from your transactions tab. The penalties for failing or abandoning a mission are not really serious, usually a drop in reputation with the mission giver, sometimes a fine. And if this is the case, neither of these will impact you especially as you won't be going back to the starter systems.
It's also possible that you didn't fail the mission (you say it says completed) but that you simply didn't go back and collect the reward, and that would explain why it's still in your transactions tab. Not sure why you were unable to abandon it, but I wouldn't worry. Probably best to just send a support ticket asking them to remove it if it doesn't go away by itself.
But worth noting for the future, that not completing, or failing something in the game is not a big deal. If you lose reputation with a faction, you will be able to take other missions for them to repair the damage, and if you are fined for failing a mission, credits are easy to come by to pay off the fine. It may not seem like it now, but don't panic.

Thanks for the reply man, appreciate it. I don't care about failing or abandoning missions, it's that I can't complete it. I hacked this Operations Tower or something and it said I succeeded the mission but didn't give me any money, nor told me where to go. So I ignored it. Now I can't abandon it, so it's staying in my mission list, and the ocd is kicking in so hopefully I'll get some help. And I've contacted support. Thank you!

Pretty sure the reason you cannot abandon the mission is because it's been completed, you simply haven't 'handed it in' so to speak to claim the reward. I have to say I've never tried to abandon a completed mission, but that's really all I can think of.
For reference, the way missions work is that you accept a mission from a faction, then carry out the task(s). For missions of the type you took, to actually complete the mission you will need to return to the place and faction where you took the mission to get the reward, and that completes it and removes it from your transactions tab. Delivery missions are different in that you get paid at the destination when you deliver the goods.
