I know this is a big ask but I simply must put in a suggestion for a lot more radial menus in console edition, preferably something akin to the (in my opinion) amazing UI of console Anno 1800. Of course it's an entirely different game but it is a great example of pc to console UI adaptation and there are a lot of good ideas which could be implemented in order to severely cut down on the number of button presses when switching between menus an enormous amount and make the game a lot more accessible.
Pc version/keyboard and mouse is not an option in my case, and I really love this game, but I would love it even more if I could play it a little longer before my hands starts complaining
