Mouse input completely broken

When moving the camera with the mouse, the camera doesn't move of seems to fight the input when titling or panning unless the mouse is moved very slowly (dpi setting doesn't matter, Logitech G502 Hero). Occurs both in free-look and normal camera mode.
Same when rotating objects, they just spin out of control.

This makes the game completely unplayable.

I don't know how Planet Zoo reads mouse input, but it's clearly broken and it's not clear if it's possible to switch between raw, direct or windows input.

Any possible fixes that can be found don't work, tried verifying files, reinstalling the game (and deleting all frontier files), reset default controls, disabling steam overly and controllers, legacy input flags, updating drivers and different mice from different brands.

Hopefully this video gives a somewhat better idea.

If anyone knows of any potential fixes, please let me know.

Still having issues?Have you tried a wireless mouse if that might make any difference. I've seen reports of this on the issue tracker and the steam forums since 2019 with no known fix but it's hard to pinpoint what exactly happened at the start which caused this permanent bug. Also maybe if your mouse supports it, try find a guide online to modify the polling rate of the mouse to see if that helps otherwise I'm lost

Yea it seems to be related to DPI and polling rate, setting both to the lowest option makes it manageable but still noticeable.
