Your computer may be using the integrated graphics for the game which would result in blurry animals. Depending on your graphics card there should be an program that allows you to change settings related to the game where you can force planet zoo to use your dedicated graphics card compared to the integrated processor card
Type "Nvidia control panel" without quotes into the windows search bar and open the program
Once opened, select manage 3d settings , then click program settings
There is a scroll down list which hopefully contains planetzoo.exe , select this or if not follow the next step
Again in the windows search bar, search "planet zoo" without the quotes. The exe file should display and you want to right click and open file location. The directory to the game is the one you want to enter in the Nvidia control panel to add a new program. You want to select the planet zoo exe file
With the game selected, you want to select high performance Nvidia processor then press apply on the bottom
If you have an AMD card:
Search for "amd Radeon software" without the quotes into the windows search bar. Open this program
Once opened, select the gaming tab and there should be 3 dots on the right. Click this and click add a game
Browse for the planet zoo.exe on the same location as above , once found the exe file click open which will take you to a settings page
Select graphics, graphics profile and select gaming
