Need help with my guests

Hello guys , need your help .
Ive build my zoo for a week now . Then I added a habitat . But the guest can’t go to it . Every time the getting the red dot the going home . The are now kerbs or berriers . I don’t know what to do . Please help me !

I would rebuild that path to the habitat, sometimes the paths seem to glitch out preventing guests from walking on it. Other things would be to check ticket costs are low enough for just the one habitat and that there are no kerb/guest barriers blocking guests from continuing.
