Impossibility to scan any corpse at abandoned outposts to gain access without a mission to this settlement іs this an innovation of 9 patch?
Can there still be a faint hope that this is it a bug?

A quick check of Issue Tracker using the keyword “corpse” reveals FDev are aware of the problem - as evidenced by the bug report being acknowledged after only 2 confirmations.
