New species:
Sauroposeidon: It is the tallest dinosaur bigger than Brachiosaurus. It inhabited the U.S. states of Oklahoma, Wyoming & Texas during the Early Cretaceous & it's name means 'Earthquake God Lizard'.
Epidexipteryx: The skull of Epidexipteryx is unique in a number of features. It had teeth only in the front of the jaws, with unusually long front teeth angled forward, a feature only seen in Masiakasaurus among other theropods.
Megalograptus: A large predatory sea scorpion reaching 78 cm in length. Megalograptus was morphologically unique and easily distinguishable from other eurypterids.
Tupandactylus: This Pterosaur lived in the Crato Formation of Brazil during the Early Cretaceous. The bulk of the crest was made up of soft tissue similar to keratin supported by the two bony struts.
Syncerus Antiquus: The Giant African Buffalo inhabited Africa from the Pleistocene to the Late Pleistocene 12,000 years ago or during the Holocene 4,000 years ago. One of the defining features of Syncerus antiquus are its massive horns.
