To be honest I`m completely no interested in Jurrasic theme or theme park game play so... pffff prrrr pfff... I`ll just go back to Elite mkay.

It'd be more my thing if was FPS survival. Good luck to them with it anyway, I hope the curse of movie adaptations doesn't strike.
Yeah, I was suspecting it will be about dinos but in FPS style of gameplay - I would definitely look more in to it in that case. Anyway I hope ppl who like this type of games will enjoy new FD title - I know Plantet Coaster is a hit.
Annoyed if it's not "Lone Wolf & Cub" or "Ghost In The Shell*"...

Totally expected, but good to see it confirmed finally.
Nice trailer, my big concern is that it will tread too much on the same ground that Planet Coaster is already covering, and thus the two games might hurt each other a bit. They might try to differentiate it enough to make that a non-concern, or maybe they will be sidelining PC somewhat now to just maintenance patches and DLC, and switching major development to JWE instead.
Either way, the concept has some great and interesting potential.

Seriously Frontier, all you've done is remake Planet Coaster with dinosaurs and redoing what you did with the zoo expansion for Rollercoaster Tycoon III. You're joining the Jurassic Park franchise three years too late.
There were so many other movie franchises you could have done, I personally would have thought Frontier would have been perfect for Ready Player One, it's full of easter eggs, which is right up Frontier's alley AND they have their origins in the exact time period Ready Player One is about (the 80's not the 2040's the story is set in).
So congrats Frontier, I hope this works out for you and you haven't joined an already sinking ship.

Actually, no, there wasn't. Its not like a devleopment house/publisher can simply say "I'm going to make a game about Star Wars" for example.
There is a lot of work and sales and bidding that goes into getting to create a franchise game, a lot more than you are giving FD credit for.
It looks a bit like Jurassic Park Operation Genesis (way slicker) and that's an excellent game.
Great programming cross-over opportunites and a massive market too. Cuhool.

I'm actually fairly critical (but fair) of Frontier, and even *I* think they could have (and still could) make games for many other movie franchises. It's you not giving Frontier any credibility.
