New Official Jurassic World: Camp Cretaceous News!

If we do get another CC-themed DLC to round out and finish the series, I hope we get:
-the Tarbosaurus (with a few edits to make it look more like a real Tarbosaurus, mainly the slimmer skull and snout and smaller arms than T. rex along with being slightly smaller and much lighter)
-the Nothosaurus (which would work fine in regular enclosures, simply have it require a lot of water to swim and lurk in)
-an adult form of the Spinoceratops
-the Smilodon
-Little Eatie skin
-Mantah Corp Velociraptor skin
-Mantah Corp Dilophosaurus skin
-the Zipline attraction
-the Camp Cretaceous Treehouse as a type of hotel
-the roller coaster, as a single-piece building that you can adjust the colors, decorations, and lights of, and which attracts Adventure and Luxury guests

The new trailer for Jurassic World Camp Cretaceous Hidden Adventure shows us Tarbosaurus and a rollercoaster! Can we expect these to come in a future Jurassic World Evolution 2 DLC? Will we get a second Camp Cretaceous DLC in November to coincide with that interactive episode?
What I feel is an almost complete opposite of what she thinks in that vid.

If there is a second Camp Cretacous themed PDLC planned, as I've always had believed since the CC dino pack's announcement, I feel it's going to be some kind of major expansion with not just all the other dino species and any possible cosmetics the dino pack doesn't have, but also some kind of new campaign with new structures akin to the in-game Biosyn structures. The two in-game campaigns are not in any way, shape or form of narrative continuity at all, as both are completely independent from each other, even if they are meant to be in the same timeline as I do believe. Hence is one reason why I never believed the whole "It's shorter than JWE1's because of Dominion spoilers and blah blah blah!"

If a hypothetical second Camp Cretaceous DLC will have new games to play in, a campaign seems like a possibility, and was something I've speculated on for a long while. If so, I feel it might be where it time jumps per level just like the Biosyn campaign, jumping back and forth from helping build the camp on Nublar, to helping Mantah Corp set their island up, to when the kids are looking for some things back on Nublar, to Mantah Corp's island again after the show where you meet a fully grown Firecracker (who might be a unique skin option for Brachiosaurus) and fully grown Rebel and Angel. Maybe with some kind of "Nublar Six reunion gathering" in the latter. Also, just like the Biosyn expansion, the level transitions might have cutscenes of a character describing what's going on with cinematic still images, but of scenes from Camp Cretaceous. If Mantah Corp's island will be a thing in any way in a campaign or whatever, I feel it might just be the jungle biome since it's the centermost biome where the control center and everything else in terms of operations are located.

If there are other things like the coaster, gondola, canoes and whatever else there is, it's debated whether or not any of those will be used in a campaign game, but it would still be available for you to use anywhere else possible like the Biosyn Expansion's Quetzalcoatlus.

No Camp Cretaceous themed Choas Theory is planned as per Jens Erik who said so on an old thread here back in May, and I would think that, if there is going to be a second CC DLC, it would've been planned by then as it takes several months in advance to plan stuff like that. And that's strictly speaking if it may be coming this year.

When it comes to dinos, I would say it might include the Saber-tooth, the hybrids, the Nothosaurus, and the tyrannosaurus in Hidden Adventure whose identity is not actually confirmed yet, but I did post what kinds of species it might be. Five to be precise. Cosmetic wise, probably Little Eatie and Firecracker, maybe scarred variants of both the two Eaties and Toro, and maybe for the other miscellaneous dinos like the Spinosaurus and Dilophosaurus for example.

And that's pretty much all I've got.

This looks very familiar the new Tyrannosaur is possibly Tarbosaurus but if it is Tarbosaurus then it definitely looks very similar to another fictional dinosaur from another property Universal earns called King Kong 2005.

I wonder if the inspiration came from this fictional dinosaur from the movie King Kong.

Tarbosaurus-Maybe?

the Peter Jackson's vastatosaurus Rex definitely inspired Universal to choose the designs for the Giganotosaurus and possibly this species of Tyrannosaur as well. It could be a hybrid but I'm not sure although I'm pretty sure so far they're only four types of hybrids.

I personally don't think it's a hybird because if it was, it wouldn't make much sense because of the dialogue styles said by characters in Jurassic World and Camp Cretaceous where they imply, all together, that there are only the Indominus rex and Scorpios rex on Isla Nublar specifically. Using more hybrids in future installments of any kind should not be ever disregarded, but I don't think they would add more contextually where they are wondering out on Isla Nublar like the other two said hybrid species.

Camp Cretaceous showrunner Scott Kreamer states this episode takes place between seasons two and three, and while the plot does state the campers will be uncovering previously unknown secrets on Isla Nublar, other dinosaur hybrids don't seem like one of those types of possible secrets because, again, implying dialogue by characters elsewhere.

It's a good thing it's not a hybrid because I'm tired of hybrids. So I probably is Tarbosaurus or it could be a ZHUCHANGTYRANNIS. But Tarbosaurus is a safer bet.

Ok, I am so late at the fact we got a new short adventure that looks to feature the Tarbosaurus, another new entry for JWE2 alongside the roller coaster?

Nothosaurus was also seen in JWCCS5, imagine this CC Expansion DLC:
Tarbosaurus, Nothosaurus, Smilodon, Spinoceratops, Mammoth, missing skins/variants (Spinosaurus, Velociraptor, Dilophosaurus, Little Eatie, Firecracker, Angel and Rebel).

As part of the CC Expansion we should get: Mantah Corp Island, Mantah Corp as a faction, decorations from JWCC and Mantah Corp, Rollercoaster, zip lines, river tours, caves, deep water tool.

Canon Species of Tyrannosaurs So far.

FIRST APPEARANCE in the Movies and other Content:
1. Tyrannosaurus Rex-Jurassic Park

the Tyrannosaurus Rex is no longer lonely anymore as being the only member of its family in this franchise.

Tonight, my mother and I watched and played Jurassic World: Camp Cretaceous - Hidden Adventure. Both of us had a lot of fun together with all the choice making we had to do! We had some laughs, tense moments, and "oh no" moments!

And now, here I go explaining what goes on and what I know at the time of writing this, because there are still some things I notice that we haven't gone through, but we both felt like we've had enough adventuring for one night. So, spoilers ahead for those who haven't seen it yet.

As stated by Scott Kreamer on the Animation Magazine article I shared earlier last month; Hidden Adventure takes place between Season 2 and Season 3. It takes place sometime after a storm ravaged through the island, and with food now scarce for the six campers, they are desperate to find some. However, for Darius, his moment begins with a rather rude awakening inside of a dino nest that reeks. (I'm guessing dino pee? Like how some animals may use it or something like it to keep others away from something of theirs?)

The nest belongs to a new dinosaur introduced in both Camp Cretaceous and main series of the Jurassic franchise. It's the tyrannosaurus seen in the promotional material; both a remarkably correct guess by some who talk about it and was one of my five guesses too. Tarbosaurus. It's the one and only new dino species introduced in Hidden Adventure, and she follows the kids around because of her eggs' scent on Darius. It's chirping/clicking noises so remind me of the Therizinosaurus for some reason. It's the first thing that came into mind when I first heard it.

The hidden food stash is kept at an unfinished theme park section of the island. It contains both a tyrannosaurus themed rollercoaster (not the Velocicoaster, but something else I can't remember at the time of writing this) and an automated jeep ride with animatronic dinos of both Ceratosaurus and Baryonyx. A former and fired employee of Jurassic World, who was also involved with the attraction, predicted the fall of the park and was perceived as crazy that led to his firing. Unknowingly to everyone else, he also stole an amount of food that he kept in his bunker hidden right underneath Hidden Adventure itself. He was also good friends with Owen Grady and wished the latter would find the place so he can survive and get out, and as such, he left clues in hopes of Owen ever finding it. But in this case, it is the campers who end up finding the clues.

It is up to the campers to find that food stash in their desperation to find some. There are three endings that I'm aware off. One is when they all get inside the bunker, which appears to have an image that resembles a in-game screen shot of the JWE series' visitor center, and a few raptor horns from both JPIII and Season 1. The other two are in a single pathway with multiple end results, with the kids choose to leave the site (with Ben even doing a reference to my family's favorite Ian Malcom quote from Jurassic Park: "Must go faster!") either abandoning it without entering the bunker and getting the food, or all but Darius entering it and escaping with several handfuls of food back to base. In this second pathway, the Tarbosaurus can either fight the T.Rex or Toro depending on either going to Main Street or Security, the latter which we did only. Depending on the predator for that latter pathway, the Tarbo can either drive Toro away or be defeated by the island's veteran T.Rex.

Throughout Hidden Adventure, and just as Scott Kreamer also said on Animation Magazine, you play through Darius' point of view when making choices. Depending on what you make, the event's details differ greatly. There are also a handful of moments where you make a choice, any or all of the six kids can die. When that happens, rather than continuing on with the story, it pauses with Mr. DNA popping up and explaining to you what you should have done and takes you back to that moment but with the correct option playing for you that time around. Except for a code breaking scene. Meaning, regardless how the story progresses and ends, all six teenagers and reoccurring dinosaur characters make it alive, unharmed.

There are still some things I have yet to see, like what happens when you choose to go to Main Street over Security for example. But I feel like I've had enough for one night and wish to see more another day.

As far as I'm aware, that's all there will be for the Jurassic World: Camp Cretaceous story arc. Something both my mother and I really enjoyed watching and playing all the way through!
